Application
It is widely used for absorbing the water which generated from PE or PP during the reclaim palletizing or blow molding process, ensuring the product quality and yield, as well as decreasing the energy consuming and improving the productivity.

Characteristics
The water it can absorb is equivalent to 20% of its own weight.

How to use

Blend with resins in definite proportions before further processing.

Attention

Recommended ratio: 1%~10%

Preserve by sealing it airtight. Use it as soon as possible after unpacked. If the unpacked water-absorbent can not be used up one shot, please seal the bag tightly to prevent the air. Drying is forbidden when the water-absorbent mix with the reclaimed materials, otherwise the water vapor will make the water-absorbent out of run. High speed and long time stirring is also forbidden when the water-absorbent mix with resins, otherwise the water-absorbent will work in advance, resulting in the inhomogeneous blend and the jam of the filter.
